You can make the Hot Cocoa more chocolaty by switching to another cup when the up is 80% full. Because the clear hot water comes out at the end, you max out the chocolate content in your main cup. I always do that at 7-11, except i just remove my cup at the end and make a mess around the hot chocolate machine. I am not sure which one is worse.. make a mess? or waste a cup?

I think the hot chocolate needs about twice and much chocolate as it has now. There should be some kind of dial on the starbucks machine to turn up the chocolate goodness.

It is super hot, I burned my tongue on it because I wasn't careful enough. Super hot is better than not hot enough though, because you can always let it cool (and if you add marshmallows they melt into that nice creamy goo).

Mmm, marshmallow goo.

Yeah, the texture is creamy and smooth but the taste is nothing to write home about. Maybe it needs some whipped cream?
